iWEIGH Solutions Pty Ltd utilizes web portals for its customers to maintain data and run reports. We provide the option of allowing the customer to host the site internally to their network or provide a cloud hosting service. The cloud service uses an API interface to link the local database with the web portal database located on our cloud server.

  • If using the cloud option, the data can be accessed from anywhere in the world using multiple browser types.
  • Data synchronized between the local and server databases is encrypted.

  • Data hosted is backed up offsite and the backups are encrypted.
  • Data hosting is done at a facility in Sydney.
  • Data is currently stored in a Microsoft SQL 2019 database management system.
