The iWEIGH Solutions Pty Ltd suite of solutions includes two versions of weighbridge software (standard and premium) for quarry operations. Each solution comes complete with its own reporting and the option of invoicing. Each solution will connect to any weighbridge indicator with an RS232C or ethernet output. The Premium version includes additional features such as PRICING CATEGORIES, CARTAGE, QUOTES & JOBS, STOCKPILE MANAGEMENT, PRODUCTION, and STOCK TRANSFERS. Optional unmanned operations can be supplied when using external devices such as Driver Control Stations, Boom Gates, IP Cameras and EID Tags.

Features include:

  • Layered Security for administrators to restrict access to functions throughout the application.
  • Export Functions will produce a Microsoft EXCEL file of all transactions, cartage, and invoices for a specified date range. This file can be used as an import to your finance package.
  • We include approximately 25 – 30 standard reports each with the ability to be exported as a PDF, XLS or DOC format. Other reports cover current stockpile amounts, product sales and cartage reports for subcontractors.
  • An integrated Backup Function.
  • Optional Split Weighing process and axle group weighs (up to 7 axle groups).
  • Invoicing options for both versions. Interface invoices to MYOB, QUICKBOOKS and XERO.
  • Premium includes quotes with the option of sending a quote to a job.
  • Option to interface software with a digital signature pad. The driver’s signature is automatically stored with the transaction as an image.
  • Allocate whether the job cartage is calculated as a fixed price, by kilometers or by tonnage.
  • Can produce invoices (RCTI) for subcontract drivers. (PREMIUM version only)
  • Preset fields against the vehicle such as the contractor, vehicle type and job.
  • Print transactions to Dot Matrix, Thermal, Laser or Bubble Jet printers
  • Dual Weighbridge functionality.
  • Track Stockpile quantities. (PREMIUM version only).
