Devices such as Driver Control Stations (DCS) can offer clients reductions on their operational running costs. This is done by providing an interface between the weighbridge software and the vehicle driver. These devices are mounted externally to the weighbridge office or on a support post at each end of the weighbridge. The DCS can also offer after hours weighing by doubling as the security entry device. If used in conjunction with boom gates, security can still be maintained for the site.

Many of our clients use these stations for differing operations. From unloading of ships to sheds (no operators required) to annual contract potato intake to after hours weighing of waste at council landfills. All of these operations require a high level of continuous operation with no breakdowns.

Our PC – web based systems allow us to offer remote support via the internet to monitor, aid and keep up-to-date our stations operations all over the world.
